Strange Things You May Notice: I currently live in America (who knows for how much longer), but I was taught English in India so please take alternate spellings into consideration. And the metric system. (It works! It's beautiful!)

Current News: Came back to America after a summer of doing research in Tokyo. The work has piled up again- I swear I am starting to dream in C+ + and Japanese. Scary thought.

Current Music: bought the first Vampire Weekend album recently. Just finished the discographies of Buena Vista Social Club, Neutral Milk Hotel, and The Fratellis.

Current Books: Starting Elizabeth Kostova's The Swan Thieves, just finished Warren Ellis's nextwave and halfway through Bill Willingham's Fable.

Current Movies/TV: Trying to finish up Baccano and Durarara. Just finished season one of BBC's Sherlock. Bought a lot of Stargate Atlantis during the Christmas sale, so I've been slowly going through that.
