Hello, Hallo, Bonjour, Hola, Ni hao, Geia sou, Dia, Ciao, Moshimoshi, Kon'nichiwa, Ave, Swasdi...
I can't physically think of any more greetings off the top of my head so I shall leave it there and get on with the rest of the basic formalities of a profile page. Why hello there, I go by the name Zukafu Chirimoarimoto because pseudonyms are cool.

Oh, who am I kidding? Names. Names are cool; full stop. I like names.
Another thing I like: Tea. But enough about Tea.
This is about the writing, write? (Puns are also unfortunately on my list of likes too)

So yes, if you fancy doing the deed (and by that, I mean reading my writing) then look downwards.

-- May the writing force be with you and ever in your favour from January to December and onwards! --

I read a lot, so you'll probably find me lurking about in the 'New in' section, trying to uphold the vows of the reviewer's crusade - and then some. I also make serious efforts to try and review everything I read as I know well the feeling of seeing lots of views but no reviews in comparison. All in all, trying to be one of those handy, helpful users that makes this site an alright place.

500 signed reviews and counting!

I don't bite either. I like receiving messages and I try to be as friendly as the next person. If you need a hand at all, I'll certainly try my best. Currently, I'm not looking to do any beta reading but this may change in the near future when circumstances leave me to fully dedicate my time to those I'm working with.

So, what's going on here:

Crescent Island
Done Chapter Nineteen (A Hairy Parrot)
~ Crescent Island, my adopted baby, is back and revamped (Yes, pun totally intended) and I hope that third time's the charm when it comes to reworking. I am really excited to carry on this little journey. This time has been really interesting for me to say the least...
How is this so long? Literally, thought it would be half the size. Oh well. I got busy so it could be enjoyed.

Writing Chapter Five (...)
~ Yes, we are back. Back again. Only took five years to do so... At least I did some reworking in that time. Fancy seeing that change? The original's still around for the moment.
Shuffling on and I'm finally introducing a character briefly mentioned in the little cute anniversary piece I did.

Currently on a break.
~ My dark little baby who quells inside my dark little mind.
I'm taking a wee break from this one. Okay? Cool. Maybe let me do some Mafia film watching and iron out a detail or two.

Gemini's Call
Slowly Writing Chapter Six (Thomas)
~ Onto the next one. Once this one is done, that makes to two chapters left. But, don't worry, there will be no sudden rush to the end (trust me, I couldn't do it if I try) - this is but the beginning of a bigger tale.
So many things to work out. Really have to get this one right as this is the first look of the 'mysterious group'. But we are getting somewhere. Don't worry.

Girl Hater
Done Chapter Three
~ Sequel to Kid Taker - finally up for people to see what the hell was going through my head when I wrote my little poem. I really didn't expect this nor initially intend for this to be anything with multiple chapters. However, the style and pace has kind of made me chosen to post chapters. On the plus side, it does feel ready to share now. So, enjoy, I guess.
I will get back into the groove of this at some point. I lost momentum. It happens. It's because I'm actually don't like abusing small little girls - even fictional ones in my head. I am not a bad person really.

A-shh's big sisser
Completed // Fiction
~ 8 year anniversary of Mysterieux and I'm a sucker for celebratory chapters. Anyway, nothing major to the storyline as such, just a chance to see more into the Sable family life and maybe even catch a glimpse of a side we rarely see... Hopefully, it's half as enjoyable to read as it was to write.
Eight years I've been working on-off on a story. Gosh, that makes me feel old when I say stuff like that.

Crying at the Moon
Completed // Song (poetry)
~ A first attempt here. I don't do songs usually but inspiration hit on a winter's evening so I gave it a go. Plus, country is poetry in disguise. Right?

All my everlasting love
Completed // Fiction
~ It's cruel because I have a lot to do before this makes sense to anyone else out there. However, I thought it was worth sharing. I think it's sweet though.

Completed // Fiction
~ What can I say? I took a prompt, I rolled with it, I enjoyed it. And so, I posted it. I really like writing Catfish pieces (Just look at Watch your Six if you need more proof there. Fine example). But it was also a challenge to do something short but still decent. Hopefully that was achieved. P.s. the description is naff, I know, but I didn't want to ruin the surprise though!

Joris en de Draken
Completed // Poetry
~ What do you get when you get me on a dragon themed ride? A dragon themed poem to commemorate that fun time months later. Oh how I miss that joyous trip!

Kid Taker
Completed // Poetry
~ Something a little dark and a little different... and only the start. Prequel to Girl Hater.

Good Morning Human and The Puppy's Idea of a Hug
Completed // Poetry
~ Just some little haikus that came to me after a great amount of furry inspiration. I don't plan for any more doggie tales or haikus in the near future; but who knows?

Completed // Poetry
~ This poem was a personal thing. A little bit of a vent. If you fancy knowing the rest of my tale, follow up with Fading.

Completed // Poetry
~ Consider it a spiritual sequel to Conflict. I mean, I was thinking about when and why I wrote it. And well, yeah, it eventually - after a whole lot of tweaking - because the emotion wasn't quite the same. But I'm proud of it and I suppose that's all that counts.

Completed // Poetry
~ A
gain, me getting highly personal. It was the creative response to me reflecting on some events of the past namely my amateur dramatic days.

Watch Your Six

Completed // Poetry
~ Yes, I've been doing more poems in the dead of the night again. Don't ask about the muse here. Well, if you want you can, just don't expect a cool story of romance and empowerment. You'll be heavily disappointed on that front because though that's how it may read, that's not the story behind it. It's catfish poetry, to be honest.

My snippets collection
Hiatus // Fiction
~ As it is for the moment. Nothing to report as I've not written any little extra bits in full. I know - boring.

Moonlight Shadow
Hiatus // Fiction
~ On hiatus until further notice for different reasons. However, once I am able (fingers crossed 2017), they shall come off hiatus and I will start posting again as refreshed, fixed up pieces. There are a few problems with them, bless, so yes fix up then repost. I am not sure when on Earth this will be though.

Mysterieux (original)
Dropped for remastering - See Mysterieux for current version
~ I'm merely keeping this on for a little while encase anyone is curious on its beginnings and the changes its gone through. I did start this version seven years ago now so my writing has improved quite a bit in that time. There is hope for every writer out there!

Plus many other side thingiemajingies that may one day make an appearance here...

"Upon reflection, standing outside my flat, shivering violently, was one of the better moments of the night. If only I could have appreciated it a little more at the time; or better yet, done myself the huge favour of going in, locking the door and making a cuppa instead. But no, I muttered a curse and stayed put, waiting..."
