1/9/11 - I've uploaded my first FictionPress Story, September 2042, which I would love if you read. Haven't gotten to my fairy tales yet, and those may end up as ebooks instead... no matter. So, instead, I've uploaded a story that no one has wanted to publish yet, and I suppose I can understand why it doesn't grab the attention of literary magazines and such, even though absolutely everyone tells me they like the story. I'm open to completely revamping the story if anyone has any suggestions, so please give me all the constructive criticism you can muster! Comments on what you liked and didn't like are both equally welcome, especially if there's a healthy balance between them.
11/29/10 - Hi everyone! I've just created a fictionpress account, although I've been a writer for most of my life, with the intention of soon using it to publish some of my writing. Retold fairy tales to begin with, then, who knows...In the meantime, my bio/profile will be a work in progress, probably as long as I maintain a username on this site.

Copyright: All writing that I post is my property and should not be used in part or whole without written consent and/or proper citation. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
A note about my username: It seems more interesting to use an aesthetic pen name, but I want the writing I put on this site to be recognizable/findable by people who know my writing from another source. I'm being consistent on every site where I post my work. Otherwise it's confusing for me, and others. So yes, that is my real name. It is pronounced day-va. I would have just used my first name, but someone stole it from me. How rude.
