To Dream A Story is my name and dreaming up stories for your satisfaction is my game.
Hey, obviously if you're visiting my profile you must be interested in what I do on here-writing. If you'd really like to get to know me, I'd think it'd be best if you'd read my stories. Well, strap on your seat belts, ladies and gents, cause you're in for a long and captivating ride.
Who am I: "Be yourself. Above all, let who you are, what you are, what you believe, shine through every sentence write, every piece you finish." ~John Jakes I am To Dream A Story. I am a free-minded person. I am my own person, therefore, I believe what I choose to believe and not what others decide to impose on me.
What am I: "If a woman is sufficiently ambitious, determined and gifted-there is practically nothing she cannot do." ~Helen Lawrenson. I am a proud female and that is something I would never change. I proud to be of a gender that is ambitious, determined, and gifted. I strive to one day be the woman who-behind her man-is an even stronger woman.
Where Do I Come From: “It's always good to remember where you come from and celebrate it. To remember where you come from is part of where you're going.”~Anthony Burgess. I know exactly where I come from and who I came from and with. I know where I am going, no matter how unpaved the road may seem.I strive on to do what is best. I strive to go where I know is best: where my dreams have me.
Why Do I Write: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."~Marianne Williamson. To be quite honest, I write to let things out. There is so much going on in the world, it would be a shame to not address some of them. I choose to address some of the issues of this world in my writing. It gives a better view to what one is truly thinking. I also to write in hopes that it will give others the right reasons to right. I believe I am a candle, lit with fire, and my job is to come in contact with other candles, sharing my light.
