Author has written 3 stories for Fantasy, and Fantasy.

Hi! I'm a writer living outside Washington, D.C. I've been writing plays for many years. It feels great to be getting back into fiction, poetry, and other forms.

My main project is a steampunk series called "Mechanized Wizardry" about magic-using robots powered by vacuum tubes and punch cards, and the intrepid fantasy engineers who love them. I'll be serializing the stories here as I write them. If you've got a moment, please read a chapter or two and give me some feedback; or, at least, a kick in the butt to keep writing and updating. Glad to be joining this community!

4/29-- updated the first three chapters with tweaks and new details, especially in chapter one.

5/26-- Thanks for all the reviews! A draft of the whole story will be up on the site by the end of the week. In addition to new later chapters, I also added a new scene to the very beginning of the book. Please browse back to chapter one and let me know what you think. Thanks again!

6/17--Mechanized Wizardry part 1 is finished! I'll be uploading the rest of the chapters here over the next few days. In the meantime, it's time to get cracking on the second part.

7-1-- Final chapter of Mech Wizardry part one is done and uploaded! Thanks to everyone who's read and reviewed it-- incorporating your suggestions has definitely made the story stronger. I'm eager to keep editing, tweaking, and making it better. The story is done, but the work never ends.

Part two of the story? Not so done. But I'll upload material as I have it. Thanks!

If you want to read Mechanized Wizardry on the go, you can sample or buy the full version for your e-reader of choice on Amazon or at Smashwords.com.

Thanks for reading!
