Author has written 11 stories for Horror, Nature, General, Fantasy, and Friendship.

Hello! My name is Nicole A. Fear and welcome to my FictionPress profile!

Just a little about me: I dream about becoming a published author and I like stories of all kinds even though I have a tendency to lean more towards fantasy. I hope that by posting my work here, I can receive feedback that will help me improve as a writer. Even though I mostly write for myself, I know that an artist of any kind always has room for improvement no matter how skilled they are and I am always looking for ways to make myself and my writing better.

Aside from writing, I'm pretty much all over the place. There are many things I love. Art (painting, drawing, etc.), cooking, travelling, going to see movies, and spending time with friends and family are just a few.

The poetry- I really wouldn't call it poetry. Whatever I do is just what comes to me at random times and occasionally rhymes.

The short stories- I have to admit that I'm better at story telling than I am at poetry. Usually my short stories are usually pulled off in a single sitting. Often when I can't seem to sleep.

Anything longer- Still better than my "poetry"

If you're wondering about the cover art for my work here's a guide:

Poetry- you'll find a raven (charcoal)

Short stories- a colorful skull (colored charcoal)

Anything longer- A baby cheetah (charcoal)

All of the covers are made by me. If you see any other work that doesn't seem to fit this guide, it's because I thought that the art better fit the story/poem/whatever and was fortunate enough to have it ready in my portfolio...so basically that's only one poem at the moment.

Just to sum things up, if you have any questions for me, feel free to ask. :)

Death March by augie.toaste reviews
The reapers are in a pinch. It's the end of the month, and the department hasn't even come close to filling the death quota. As his apathetic co-workers continue to languish in the everyday grind of work, it's up to Chaucer to think outside the box. Oneshot. Written for the February Labyrinth Contest.
