Literary Dark Horse

Dark Horse- a usually little known contender (as a racehorse) that makes an unexpectedly good showing (excerpt from Merriam Webster Online)

Aspiring author, scholar, and an occasional traveler.

You can also find me on Fanfiction.

I am a college graduate that doesn't post that much stuff on Fictionpress. I suffer from a Snapple peach iced tea, hazelnut latte, and chocolate addiction. I love music, but I tend to like most genres besides hip hop/rap/r&b, country, and really really heavy metal. I'm a musician to boot, at least a guitarist and former pianist. I enjoy reading and watching Once Upon a Time, Sherlock, Gilmore Girls, Stargate, Buffy, Firefly, and movies when I get the chance.

I like to write fantasy, but I also like to write contemporary stories. I just don't normally post them up.

Writing influences (or anybody who inspires me): Eleanor Catton, Donna Tart, William Shakespeare, Salman Rushdie, Charles Dickens, Madeleine L'Engle, A.S King, George Orwell, Neil Gaiman, Timothy Zhan, Jim Butcher, M.K Hobson, Libba Bray,John Milton, Friedrich Nietzsche, Hannah Arendt, Katherine Patterson, Erin Morgenstern, Brandon Sanderson, Gayle Foreman, Herbert Marcuse, Plato, and Ray Bradbury.

All work here is my own, and cannot be distributed, or used, without my expressed written permission. Which means, ask me permission before you do anything besides reading and reviewing it please! Thanks!
