Author has written 2 stories for Romance.

I'm a 26 year old college graduate who likes reading teen romances more than books centered around characters my own age.

I have so many great ideas in my head that just don't translate as well as I'd like them to once I write them down - I mean, I majored in fashion, not English or creative writing - so please don't be too critical of my storytelling (or lack thereof)! It's just a hobby, not my calling in life!

I like cats and the color yellow; if I ever found a yellow cat, I would die.

ABOUT MY STORIES:
Percipient is the first story I've ever completed, and I'm pretty proud of that fact, although I will admit when I go back through and read it, I find myself thinking, "OMG DID A FIFTH GRADER WRITE THIS?" Even thought it says "Complete" please feel free to review to your hearts content - constructive criticism especially. I understand that it's short, and the pacing is fast (when I realized how it was going to end, I got too excited and then just ended it. I couldn't focus on anything else). So think of this as a very rough rough rough first draft. I've already got some pretty good ideas from reviews about how to fatten this story up! I'm open to suggestions, and I promise one day I'll come back and work on this story when I get a chance.

Southern Comfort is currently on hiatus, I'm sorry to say. I was on a roll after Percipient was completed, so I started posting the first few chapters of Southern Comfort and then realized... I don't know where this story is headed yet, and I don't want to pull words out of my butt just to have something to post.

I also have other stories that I'm working on, but I don't want to start posting them until - ideally - they're finished. But I at least need to have a good understanding of where the story is going so I don't wind up getting stuck on them and then never completing them.

Also, you will come to realize that almost every story I write deals with death in some way, whether it's part of the main plot, or just a side bit of information that explains why a character is the way they are. I'm not entirely sure why, but I guess it might have something to do with my dad dying when I was a senior in high school. I've always heard the phrase, "Write what you know," and that's what I know, so... sucks to be my characters. :)
