Author has written 6 stories for Love, Young Adult, Play, Friendship, Life, and General.

I've dabbled on and off with writing since high school but two and half years ago, during a time when I was reading a lot due to unemployment, I started writing seriously and even created a booksie account (a site similar to this one), but that didn't last because I got a job and started going to school, and things got really busy again.

Recently I took a summer creative writing course at my college as an elective, which really sparked the hell out of my interest in writing, so much so that I don't think that I'm going to stop again or go back and forth. I'm even looking into taking more creative writing courses because theres something about being in a room full of your peers and sharing, discussing, and getting feedback on each others work. I absolutely love the professor and that class and for the first time ever found a class that I didn't want to end. Although the class has dabbled in poetry, short stories, and play writing, I myself am more focused on better developing my short stories. I think when I realized how much I love this class it made me realized how much I'd actually like to take this seriously and hopefully get something published one day. I've been looking at a few fiction magazines I'd like to subscribe to because I love reading and because it is an essential element to my growth as a writer. Im finding writing very theraputic and I'm excited about this new adventure I'm about to embark on.

Words are so powerful and whether they are lyrics to a song, lines in a movie, a paragraph in a book… they have the power to move people, bring them joy or sadness, excitment, and even anger. They have the power to change the way a person thinks and maybe even change a person’s life. I want to write a book not only to do all those things but to do something I love and to prove to myself that I can do it!

Thanks in advanced for reading my work and I hope you enjoy :)
