D.C.I Anna Thompson is back in this sequel to "The Hunter." Shortly before her birthday, Anna finds herself caught up in the middle of an armed robbery on The Bank Of Canada. She soon finds herself held hostage and very much alone. It seems to be a case of Anna being in the wrong place at the wrong time. A victim of circumstance. But is there more to it than that?

Just a little poem I wrote.

A short poem about what I experienced when I fainted for the first time in my life, a few weeks ago.

Written for a "Christmas" prompt challenge. Timothy is not in the mood for Christmas. He has been dumped by his girlfriend, had his over-enthusiastic mother singing Christmas songs at him all day long, and has generally, out-grown the whole thing. So, imagine his surprise, at eighteen, when Santa pops up in his living room, along with an Uzi and and a bad attitude..

"Acquiescent with Solitude" - The title says it all, but if you don't get it, it's basically about accepting lonliness, not seeking it. I wrote this using a prompt offline, the prompt being "I am."

I wrote this one day, whilst contemplating how fast life seems to pass by. It's my first attempt at poetry, so I hope you like it.
