Hey there, person who's stumbled across this page. 8) Um, I'm Claire. I like to write, read, spend time outdoors, spend time onstage, and I roleplay from time to time. And no, not the Dragonball Z roleplaying or LARPing - real life roleplaying where we pick celebrities to use as faces and all get along marvelously as we write about crackships and stuff. We're losers.

I decided to start a FictionPress account to share the things I've written for one of the closest friends I've made online (the lovely Callie who will probably be mentioned quite frequently), based upon the two characters we write for. Quentin and Stacia, otherwise known as Quencia, our are OTP and we love them to death. We've had them now for almost a year, which is super adorable and stuff. We should be celebrating their one year anniversary here pretty soon. 8) Practically everything written about them is either fluffy and romantic or smutty and/or romantic, so. They're kind of a big deal. 8) Most stories written on here will probably be about them.

But I'll have my own work here too, I promise. I'm currently working on a novel, Playing Pirates, which is set in 1960's Ohio and centers around a group of high school seniors who are all beginning to discover themselves - physically, emotionally and intimately. It's a coming-of-age story that I hope to have finished by this upcoming June! 8))

I also write the occasional short story about whatever comes to mind. It all depends on the day. 8))))
