Hi peoples! My name is Sarah Anne Harrington, I am a junior in high school, and simply put, I love writing.

I am a very random person. My favorite word is...

random: (ran-dum) adj. Having no plan, pattern, or purpose; by chance.

That pretty much sums me up.

This would typically be the place where I would put information about my writing background, would it not? Well, I did have something like that up here, but I have recently decided that what I had here was boring. So, I deleted it. Yup.

To sum it up, I've been interested in writing since the first grade, but I didn't really think about making it a career until like, seventh grade. In elementary school, I had all these little random school assignments that if I can find, I will most likely publish. I did have How Tiny Mouse Became Brave Mouse up here somewhere... I also had a title of a story, yes, just a title, which was "The Meeting of Wolf". I'm still trying to come up with a story for that title. Another thing I had was a story about a mouse and a mink, (at least, I'm pretty sure it was a mink,) that I had saved on a computer that somehow broke when I was in like, second grade. I had gotten the idea from a story that our school librarian had read to us about a bunch of mice that a cat was trying to catch. All of the mice were blue, except for the main character, who was a red mouse named Rebella, or Rubella, or something like that. How Tiny Mouse Became Brave Mouse must have been inspired by that book. By the way, if anyone has any idea as to what that book is called or who the author is, can you please PM me, or something? I've been searching for it for at least seven years.

Anyway... In middle school, I went through a lot of phases where I wrote not really fanfiction, but stuff based off of different things. Lucky, Cats of the Forest, Ruby, and The Hunter-Clan Series were all products of those phases. Well, Ruby wasn't actually based off of anything, except some weird comics I drew in either seventh or eighth grade.

Freshman year, I came up with SO many ideas, which are all saved in alphabetized folders on my computer. Not many of them are interesting enough to post, in my mind. Nor are many of them long enough, considering most of them consist of a prewrite, a prologue, and maybe half a chapter to two chapters. Or they're a whole bunch of little things in the points of view of random characters, such as I'm Sophie Vera, and This is Channel Seven News.

I do have some better "writing projects", as I like to call them, which are things I am/was actually intending to publish. My Name is Renesmee (The Second) is one of those, as is a story that is about these kids in a high school marching band (like me!)

Any other things I would like to mention... Well...

1) I have not actually stopped writing. I had just stopped posting things for a while. The last items I posted were Snow and Rejection. I have been playing around with Rejection, using it to practice different writing techniques. I also wrote another oneshot called A 'Winter Wish', and I might post the version with the changed names. My friend and I were coming up with nicknames for people we know, so I'll probably use some of those in my later writing.

2) My little sister also has a FictionPress profile. To read her stuff, go here: hamybannany0604. I'm helping her write some stories. She typically does not want to work on them, so I cannot guarantee more updates, but if she writes something that I think is good, I will probably temporarily steal it from her, type it up, and post it to her profile. (She's not really on here enough to know how to use the site.)

3) I have posted a poll on my profile. You basically just vote for your top three favorite things I have published. I was bored, and it was like, 3:00 in the morning, so yeah...

4) AT LAST, I have updated Stand. I wish to apologize for the absence of updates. Hopefully, I will be able to update more frequently, but seeing as I am currently on Christmas break and the semester ends in January, I cannot guarantee many frequent updates. But at least I gave you guys a bit to read. I do have an idea for a later chapter, but I'm not sure where to put it in place. I'll try to get in another chapter before I go back to school.
