Author has written 9 stories for Essay, Life, Historical, Nature, Action, and Romance.

Hey guys, I'm Arya Alex Edge (AAE, I'm too lazy to write out the whole thing.) I'm trying to be a successful writer just like you guys. I'm only 14, so don't go all crazy on me. Just some constructive criticism would be nice, and personally, I don't care if you guys bash my writing because I'm confident in what I write, especially if I share it. My current novels are the Inked trilogy: Ink, Highlighter, and Lead. I haven't really worked out the full plot yet. My other novel is Ageal, a book about a boy who must defeat a monster locked away in an island. I jump between the two. I use yWriter to organize my thoughts, if anyone was looking for a product to do that, it's free, by the way.

Things About Me:

I love Harry Potter, JKR is my role model. She inspired me to become a writer when I read The Sorcerer's Stone in kindergarten.

I am a grammar fanatic. (If I spell something wrong, it's usually late at night, which is, unfortunately, when I get my good ideas.)

I hate Microsoft Word, I sincerely prefer Corel WordPerfect 9, from a very long time ago.

I prefer fiction/fantasy. I detest journalism and nonfiction. Not that I don't have an appreciation for the writers, but I just can't write it; it bores me to death.

You might see my writing style flicker, in one paragraph I will be very blunt and not describe anything, and in the next, an object takes me almost two paragraphs to describe.

I work for my dad's cabinet shop and am much better at using my hands to design and produce something people will use everyday than school work I will never use a day in my life, considering that I want to be an author.

I don't plan on going to college. (I know you must be thinking that I am exceptionally dumb and stupid, but I've never seen a need for me to have a college degree. I can never see myself working a 9-5 job; I'm too restless, I get distracted easily, and I daydream a lot, which makes it easy for me to write fiction/fantasy.

I want a 2010 Camaro. So badly. I've been saving for three years.

I love crime shows, I know they're not realistic, but I love predicting what's going to happen.

I'm always really behind on music trends. I don't like today's music, personally it's just a bunch of people repeating the same word/sound. Over and over again. My favorite band is The Beatles/Queen (I can never decide) and my favorite song is American Pie. I know every single word and I know what most of the song symbolizes. [I took a survey and only about ten people in my grade knew who Frank Sinatra was (I know Frank Sinatra didn't sing American Pie, I just happened to jump to him. Pitiful people.]

Yeah, I know I'm boring you.
