I'm a seventeen year old aspiring lawyer who writes for just pure entertainment. Writing has always been something I have loved to do since I was really little. I first discovered I actually had some talent for it in third grade when I wrote a short story about a lost cat, and my teacher raved about how good it was for someone my age. So I guess you could say it was her who inspired me to keep writing and expanding my creative horizons. I also draw a lot of inspiration from music, so you will often see music references in my writing.

Some other little facts are:

I'm straight-edge, which is something that is not common in teenagers these days (at least in my school) and I try to focus on things that are important and things that will better me for later in life.

I'm very much into watching sports (football and basketball). I'm a huge Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia 76ers fan. Other than sports, I'm not really a TV or movie watcher. Something has to really grab my attention for me to get into it. My favorite shows are: King of Queens, Warehouse 13, Law and Order: SVU, and Tyler Perry's House of Payne. My favorite movies are: Just Friends, Deliver Us From Eva, Win a Date With Tad Hamilton!, Just Wright, and Keith.

My penname (QueenJames) spawned from my best friend and my mother making fun of me for liking a basketball player who they can't stand, and starting to refer to me as Queen James as a sort of inside joke. It became a sort of running joke, so I just went along with it. I figured it was a cute alias for the online world anyway.
