Author has written 4 stories for Romance, and Essay.I am an man in the Fall of Life. During the Spring, Summer and early Fall, I have had a varied career opportunities; teacher, engineer, life insurance sales, health insurance sales and stockbroker. While none of these have made me wealthy or particularly healthy or wise, they have given me a wealth of experiences you couldn't buy anywhere at any price. I am decidedly heterosexual with three engagements, two marriages, five kids and five grand kids. I am a serious Christian but not dogmatic. I believe we were created with a mind and we are required to use it. Thus I believe God created it all but I also believe the tools God used for the task involved evolution. I am new at writing novels although I have blogged for several years under the pen name steve jackson. (www.oldtimersviews.blogspot.com and www.ibelieveblog.net) I am using a different pen name because of the nature of the genre in which I write novels can be offensive to the readers of my blogs. At my age, I am conscience of the sensitivities of others and do not wish to do battle to convince others that two different characters can co-exist in the same physical body. I chose the romantic story because it is the one story line about which I have done some research over the years i.e. I have been in love! I like the erotic romance story because sex is a part of life and if told honestly and tastefully can add flavor to the love story. There is a thin line between erotica and porn. The key difference is that porn is sex for titillation and the story is secondary or non-existent, while with erotica, the story is primary and the sex is secondary. Since I am a novice at the writing craft and am anxious to improve, any reviews would be appreciated especially those which offer suggestions for improving the writing. I am not as concerned about spelling and grammar as I am about making the story readable. I aim for a story that is a page turner. If you can help me with that, please do it -- NOW!
