"Time is a burglar who eventually robs you of everything. First, your most precious things. Then, the people around you. Then it comes for you. It steals your memories and your senses. After that, it makes your bones wear and creak. The pain is so bad you tell your son, who was sitting beside you, that the pain is so bad you're ready to die. Soon, you won't even recognize him. Then eternal darkness will fall."

"We can't take what we have for granted and I fear that's what I did. We truly don't realize what we had until it's gone. We want to believe that it's not true, but it is. I enjoy your company and your words and one day, hopefully a long way away, I'll miss them immensely. I'll do anything to have them back, but sadly, there's nothing I can do."

"I remember when you listened to what I had to say and cared about me. Now it seems, after a few heated words, our long friendship is done. It pains me to talk to you. Why couldn't you just listen to me? Did I ever really matter to you? Actually, I don't think I want the answer. Go enjoy your life. I know I did the right thing."

Annoying riddles

1. I turn polar bears white and I will make you cry.

I make guys have to pee and girls comb their hair.

I make celebrities look stupid and normal people look like celebrities.

I turn pancakes brown and make your champagne bubble.

If you squeeze me, I'll pop. If you look at me, you'll pop.

Can you guess the riddle?

2. One by one we fall from heaven down into the depths of past

And our world is ever upturned so that yet some time we'll last

3. I drift forever with the current down these long canals they've made

Tame, yet wild, I run elusive

Multitasking to your aid.

Before I came, the world was darker

Colder, sometimes, rougher, true

But though I might make living easy, I'm good at killing people too.

4. Reaching stiffly for the sky, I bare my fingers when it's cold

In warmth I wear an emerald glove

And in between I dress in gold

5. Every dawn begins with me

At dusk I'll be the first you see

And daybreak couldn't come without

What midday centers all about

Daises grow from me, I'm told

And when I come, I end all cold

But in the sun I won't be found

Yet still, each day I'll be around

6. This is a most unusual paragraph. How quickly can you find out what is so unusual about it? It looks so ordinary you'd think nothing was wrong with it- and in fact, nothing is wrong with it. It is unusual though. Why? Study it, think about it, and you may find out. Try to do it without coaching. If you work at it for a bit it will dawn on you. So jump to it and try your skill at figuring it out. Good luck - don't blow your cool!

7. It's true I bring serenity, And hang around the stars

But yet I live in misery; You'll find me behind bars

With thieves and villains I consort In prison I'll be found

But I would never go to court, Unless there's more than one

8. What question can you never honestly answer yes to?

9. I live in water

If you cut my head I'm at your door,

If you cut my tail I'm fruit,

If you cut both I'm with you

What am I?

10. This thing all things devours,

Birds, beasts, trees, and flowers.

Gnaws iron bites steel, Grinds hard stones to meal,

Slays king, ruins town, And beats high mountain down

11. It cannot be seen, it cannot be felt,

Cannot be heard, cannot be smelt,

Lies behind stars and under hills, And empty holes it fills.

Comes first follows after, Ends life kills laughter.

Answers

1. The answer to this admittedly lame riddle is, "No." The reason is that the question at the very end asks if you can guess the riddle and there is nothing that satisfies the requirements above.

2. Sands in a hourglass

3. Electricity (or lightning)

4. A deciduous tree

5. The letter 'D'

6.The most common letter in the English language, the letter e, is not found in the entire paragraph.

7. The letter 'S'

8. Are you asleep (or dead)?

9. A pearl. They're found underwater. Removing the head (p) leaves Earl, a guy who could be at your door. Removing the tail (l) leaves pear, a fruit and if you cut both off you're left with ear, which is with you because it's attached to your head.

10. Time

11. Darkness

Take three minutes and try this...it will freak you out...BUT NO CHEATING! This game has a funny/spooky outcome. Don't read ahead...just do it in order! It's worth a try. First...get a pen and paper. When you actually choose names, make sure you know the person and go with your first instinct. Scroll down one line at a time...and don't read ahead or you'll ruin it!

1. First, write down the numbers 1 through 11 in a column.

2. Then, beside numbers 1 and 2 write down any two numbers you want.

3. Beside 3 and 7, write down the names of members of the opposite sex.

4. Write down anyone's name (like friends or family) in the 4th, 5th, and 6th spots.

5. Write down four song titles in 8, 9, 10, and 11. (Go with your instincts.)

6. Finally, make a wish.

And now the key for the game...

1. You must tell (the number in space 2) people about this game.

2. The person in space 3 is the one that you love.

3. The person in 7 is the one you like but can't work out.

4. You care most about the person you put in 4.

5. The person you named in number 5 is the who knows you very well.

6. The person you named in 6 is your lucky star.

7. The song in 8 is the song that matches with the person in number 3.

8. The title in 9 is the song for the person in 7.

9. The tenth space is the song that tells you most about YOUR mind.

10. 11 is the song telling you how you feel about life.

NOW...post this bulletin (don't reply) within the hour. IF you do, your wish will come true...If you don't it will become the opposite.

PLEASE READ.

I was walking around in a Target store, when I saw a cashier hand this little boy some money back.

The boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old.

The cashier said, "I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy this doll."

Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: ''Granny, are you sure I don't have enough money?''

The old lady replied: ''You know that you don't have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.''

Then she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look a round. She left quickly.

The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.

Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to.

"It's the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much for Christmas. She was sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her."

I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her afterall, and not to worry.

But he replied to me sadly. "No, Santa Claus can't bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there."

His eyes were so sad while saying this. "My sister has gone to be with God. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister.''

My heart nearly stopped.

The little boy looked up at me and said: "I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall."

Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was laughing. He then told me "I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won't

forget me. I love my mommy and I wish she doesn't have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister."

Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly.

I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. "Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?''

"OK," he said, "I hope I do have enough." I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for

the doll and even some spare money.

The little boy said: "Thank you God for giving me enough money!"

Then he looked at me and added, "I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that

mommy could give it to my sister. He heard me!''

"I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose.''

"My mommy loves white roses."

A few minutes later, the old lady returned and I left with my basket.

I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind.

Then I remembered a local newspaper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl.

The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?

Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the newspaper that the young woman had passed away.

I couldn't stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was exposed for people to see and make last wishes before her burial.

She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.

I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed forever.. The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister

is still, to this day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him.

1) Repost this message.

2) Ignore it as if it never touched your heart

One early morning and noticed that he was the only black man there. As he sat down, he noticed a white man behind him. The white man said, "Colored people are not allowed here." The black man turned around and stood up. He then said: "When I was born I was black," "When I grew up I was black," "When I'm sick I'm black," "When I go in the sun I'm black," "When I'm cold I'm black," "When I die I'll be black." "But you sir..." "When you're born you're pink," "When you grow up you're white," "When you're sick, you're green," "When you go in the sun you turn red," "When you're cold you turn blue," "And when you die you turn purple." "And yet you have the nerve to call me colored" The black man then sat back down and the white man walked away... Copy this onto your profile and help stop racism.

Nope, too late by Bewitched Believer reviews
Maybe I'll take a cue from her cover picture,/Maybe I'll put my broken heart inside a glass jar,/Grab a shovel, and bury it into the ground/ That's how low I feel when I'm feeling down./And I'm feeling down because the fear returns,/That it's always been her, my stomach churns/ Why the hell did I even get into this? Oh, yeah, fate./And I'd say I'm not in love, but, nope, too late
