![]() Author has written 6 stories for Romance, and Supernatural. Not much to say. I am an introvert with a gypsy's heart, enjoy drawing even though I'm average at it. I'm a language lover and am obsessed with all things dragon related. I've been writing, albeit it's gotten much better, since I was about twelve and I have long burned those first writings. My Darker Than Black story has been subject to many revisions and with exception of the basic story line has seen several changes, ideas and possible plots. When I started writing my biggest concern was not writing for others but for myself. In every story I write, in every scene I play out, it's always going to be what I imagine is the best outcome not the most popular which is evident in The Feeling of Free Falling, in that that story was originally just a little fun I was toying with and was never planned to be seen by public eyes. I've grown to love all my characters, even the bad ones and I hope you do too. I would like to express (because in this age of technology and copyright) that all songs used in my stories are not owned in any fashion by myself. That said, I will give credit for all songs and lyrics at the end of each chapter of any story they are used in. On another note I welcome all messages that make me aware of any grammatical mistakes or spelling errors in any of my stories. I've proofread and find myself constantly updating chapters but sometimes I catch FictionPress adding in random "." and leaving things out. Any and all comments, questions and reviews are highly encouraged. Let me know if you like Darker Than Black (Book one of a trilogy to come), as well as The Feeling of Free Falling, Born To Hear Color and my most recent work Smoke and Where Darkness Hides. Thank you fellow writers! ~*~*~UPDATE~*~*~ 5/6/16: I am still alive. I've been caught up in writing Book Two of the Hybrid Descent Trilogy and have neglected my page. I've just updated everything and hope to start publishing my revised version of Book Two (Title TBA) here soon. Thanks everyone. 8/7/16: I will have the beginning of the second book for the Hybrid Descent series up today. I'm currently working on chapter nine so they should be up fairly often. Sorry about the hiatus but I'm glad to be back. 8/26/19:I have decided to take my work to a professional level and am seriously considering publishing my work. That being said I will leave the first two chapters of each story up and after that please PM me to get on a list for the specific book. Thank you! Completed Works: Darker Than Black (Book One of the Hybrid Descent Trilogy): Rated M for graphic scenes and language Dowan has always been a simple girl. Her hobbies include hanging with her friends at the bar, spending time with her family and turning into a six foot tall werewolf so she has no idea how to handle him when the Spirits drop him in her lap. War torn, ancient, wise and lethal like a snake, he changes everything she believes, he makes her question who she is and what it means to fight for love. But forbidden love always comes with sacrifices. There is a war on the horizon like which the supernatural world can't even fathom. Sacrifices are only the beginning of love torn asunder, blood shed and the rise of Hell and Heaven alike. Dowan has choices to make, choices that alter not only her world but the very fabric of life itself. She must learn to fight and love and, ultimately, lose. Life's not about learning what you can live with, it revolves around discovering what you can't live without. Where Darkness Hides (Novella 1.5 of the Hybrid Descent Trilogy): Rated T for mild graphic scenes Even after a decade has past Daem'an is trying to fill the late Rodrick's shoes, and now comes time to pay his due. The threat of blood and savagery between two houses on the Northern and Southern lines draws him, Dowan and the renown hybrid born twins to Maryland to find a missing girl but things aren't as they appear when the threat of deception lies waiting around every corner. Dreams of Glass and Shadow (Book Two of the Hybrid Descent Series): This story is rated M for graphic scenes, and explicit content. Adeline has always been your average human girl. Except when she sleeps. She dreams of a world not her own where she flies free. One night her world is split in two, her normal life and a part that barely survives playing with creatures beyond her wildest dreams. To understand her dreams she must delve deep into a world that will either be her salvation or the death of her. The Feeling of Free Falling: Rated M for graphic scenes in later chapters and some language For Kayla Morgan there is nothing shameful about falling for your teacher. She accepts the torrid passion growing between them and knows that he yearns for it too but there's a darkness in his eyes. He has painful secrets, hesitation over her and reservations about just how possible it is for their affair to survive but she's determined to prove just how strong she and they can be. Ethan Mikkelsen is restless and needs a change. With this new school year beginning in a new town far from his trouble, he's planning on submersing himself in everything but his issues across the country. He doesn't get far though when a girl catches his eye and he can't help but think she sees everything he's trying to hide but he has no time for a relationship, not with his mounting problems and especially not when that same girl sits three seats back from the front of his class. Born To Hear Color (Book One of the Women and Wolves Series): This story is rated M for graphic scenes and explicit content in later chapters. Generally rated T in the beginning. It's hard being something your not, even more impossible is being something you hate. Especially when you have no choice, no options and no way out. It's hell. I was raised with the knowledge that one day I'd change. Werewolf. Predator. Violence. It's a cage. One that every year has gotten smaller, tighter. Suffocating me with the awareness that once I become one of them things will be expected of me. Then it happened and my life became darkness. Pack battles. Mates. Alphas. Dominance. Submission. Death. It's an endless cycle, one that owns your life after you change. Fighting and violence. Anger and rage. Death and mourning. Sometimes it's all I can do not to scream. I never wanted this. I begged and pleaded silently for freedom from this duty, from a cursed I never deserved. I've lost so much to this world. Love, family, innocence. I want out. Now I wonder if it's even possible to free myself from it. Current Ongoing Works: Smoke (Book Two of the Women and Wolves Series): They have nothing in common. Sean is an angel in disguise. Emma is a devil in the ring. Her first reaction is to fight with her fists. His is to promise her she'll never hurt again. Light doesn't always win over darkness but when they come together will the good she feels staunch the evil that owns her? |
