A little about me...
I was born on a holiday, which could be the reason I love holidays so much. Having been raised in a mountainous area, I tend to set my stories in or around mountains. I love the mountains, and for me, they will always be home! I learned to read by the age of three, and I've been telling stories since before I could even write. Other than reading and writing, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, traveling, visiting all sorts of museums (I've even visited a museum solely displaying lithophanes), going to the movies, nature walks, arts & crafts, and trying new things! Another interest of mine is learning about and experiencing foreign cultures. Oh, and I take my tea with cream and sugar.
My taste in genres is pretty diverse - ranging from action/adventure to science fiction to YA to nonfiction and almost everything in between - but I generally read fiction that includes action, romance, and usually has some comedy mixed in. I love cliché romances such as love triangles and forbidden loves; I just find them fun to read (and write) about! One thing I typically don't enjoy reading about is the evil older sibling. I'm an older sister myself, so you can imagine why I feel that way. The Twelve Dancing Princesses was always one of my favorite bedtime stories because in the end, he chooses to marry the eldest sister. (By the way, my younger sister also has an account on FP and FF, kdramacrazy, and she's the best sister anyone could ask for. I'm thankful to have her as a lifelong best friend!) Finally, a story does not always need to end happily in order for me to feel satisfied (even if I'm rooting for a happy ending). Sometimes unhappy or tragic ends are just necessary.
Thank you for taking some time to get to know me better!
Note to my readers: I try to update as often as I can, but sometimes a hectic schedule and/or writer's block pulls me away from writing. I apologize for that, and I thank you for supporting me even through long absences. Below is a status update for each of my posted stories (listed in alphabetical order).
Familiar [Ongoing] - Working through some writer's block, but still plugging away at this story.
Frozen [Ongoing] - Writer's block here and there, but moving along pretty swiftly.
