Hello, all!

My name is Matthew. I am 16 and from North Carolina. I am in the eleventh grade, and I have been writing for fun for about two years. As my name suggests, I am an avid fan of Classical and Renaissance history, so bear with me if I make many allusions to it.

I mostly write suspenseful, young-adult fiction in the horror and mystery genres. I dislike how diluted the young adult literature is these days, so nothing resembling Twilight will be present on my account.

For now, I will mostly be publishing short stories that will, hopefully, develop into novels.

Please, if you enjoy my work, follow me, and if you have a comment, leave an honest review.

Later, all,

-Matthew (AKA The Doge)

11/21:

I am currently working on a new story, and I have four chapters completed, but I don't know what to call it. As soon as I can decide on a name, I'll publish it.

4/12:

Sorry for the hiatus. School has been very busy. I scrapped that other idea, but now that my course load has been decreasing, I can dedicate myself more to my writing. I just published the first chapter of The Victory of the Finch's Crest (working title), and I think it is much better than any of my other works.

Also, this is the first story that I feel really serious about, so please review it and give me feedback! Rated T.
