Author has written 2 stories for Sci-Fi, and Young Adult.

Don't know if this should be like an "About the Author" or not... I'll kick it informal here...

Greetings! My name is Hez, but I go by Hrothmeir (need that brand identity!). I'm a student filmmaker/novelist. But I guess you knew about the novelist bit... I enjoy sci-fi, some fantasy, and broad comedy. My literary influences have been Frank Herbert, David Brin, Orson Scott Card, Michael Crichton and more recently, Neal Stephenson. Of course, as might be inferred that I listed it first, I'm a filmmaker at heart, and have gotten more influence from that that than anything. My influences there are varied, but not germane to this site, so I will list but one: Kevin Costner's The Postman. That was the movie that got me writing. See it; it's boring but worth it.

For more about me, including a much more formal profile and samples of my films, please visit http:/// Thank you...
