 Author has written 14 stories for Family, General, Love, and Young Adult. Hi I'm Winnie T! :D Basic Facts: So... about me...yeah. I was born in Buena Vista, a small mountain town in Colorado. I'm nineteen years old and my writing skill can still be improved a lot, especially my ability to keep deadlines. Seriously. School: Currently I'm a college student attending Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, which means I'm a Christian Scientist. It has nothing to do with that crazy Scientology stuff, trust me. Family: Let's see... In the way of family, I have one brother, two sisters, a step sister, a step brother, my dad and Jodi (Dad's new wife) and Tammy (aka my mom :P) Favorites: My favorite four books are Jude by Kate Morgenroth, The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand, a light novel called No.6 by Atsuko Asano and Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger. I also love Shakespeare, and other classics like Edgar Allen Poe. Those guys are my homeboys. A favorite author of mine is also James Baldwin... that man has such a way with words. I like to watch anime and read manga (go ahead and laugh) and so far I have a lot of favorites like No.6 (my fave), Kuroko no Basket, Diamond no Ace, Samurai Flamenco, Durarara!, and a few others. Okay a lot of others. ('M a freak). Music; well, I love the Beatles, Celine Dion, Classical music, Imagine Dragons, some other pop music and I also like hip hop and rap. I love animals, especially the baby variety but my favorites would have to be an elephant, a bobcat and an owl. They're just awesome! I have too many favorite foods to count like chocolate, but not white chocolate, and Chinese food. Favorite colors are all warm colors, number is fifteen, and my favorite sport is either basketball or baseball or lacrosse. Activities: Some things I like to do other than reading and writing are hiking, skiing, and backpacking. I also play lacrosse because it's awesome. I watch a lot of TV (and I mean a LOT) including movies. I'm pretty much always doing homework and when I'm not doing anything else I goof off on the internet. The internet is pretty much my lifeline actually. Random Tidbits: The reason I joined FictionPress is the hope that any feedback I'll receive will enhance my writing skill. I'm always open to criticism and will take what you all say into consideration. One of my goals is to be the best writer I can be. My dream however, is not to be a professional writer, but to be a social worker for CPS! I can't wait for that day. Until then, I'm going to have fun writing and attending college. Well, I plan to have a cat later on in life, who I will name Toes, and I hope to make some kind of money off of my writing someday. JUST SO YOU KNOW: I'm a very busy person, so I can't update frequently. I update when I can, but it's really not that often. Please still read my stories though, I LOVE criticism and praise.
