Hi there!

For the time being, I'm Pongping. I've written short stories since I was a little girl, but I've stopped for a while. Now I want to come back home.

As I've said this, please be aware I haven't written a good story for my benefit (not for school) in years.

I enjoy reading fantasy, but I also take delight in reading realistic fiction. I like reading about things I can relate to, such as young teens such as myself; though I like flying off in the midst of fantasy and mythology a bit.

I guess this is about the same for what I like to write. Fiction is great in my opinion, it's like living on or in a world maybe not so distant from ours. Anything is possible when you know how to put words together.

Now I'm kind of confusing myself on why I've joined this site. I like having my work seen, but I absolutely HATE being critiqued. I understand it's all in fairness and critiques are created to help, but I dislike looking at what I did wrong. I like to just put them aside and move on, learning from my own mistakes on my own. I feel better looking at what I did right, and how I can put those skills into my next piece.
