Totally did not rip this off of TheBlackLady's profile...

I was born in Fort Hood, Texas, and raised in Tennessee, Kentucky, California, Hawaii, Tennessee, Georgia, and here in [LOCATION REDACTED, in that order with a few trips to New Hampshire and Florida thrown in.

I'm a big gamer, first off. As in, I play video games a lot. Like, I have five gaming systems with over 100 games overall! I'm also a geek, have been since the day I saw Superman on VHS. I'm a big fan of Power Rangers (Mighty Morphin', specifically), Star Trek, Star Wars, DC and Marvel Comics, you get the idea. I love writing, it is a very cathartic release of my emotions and stresses with daily life. Being someone with mild Asperger's Syndrome, you can bet there's a lot of pent up rage and aggression against the world. I'm not a social person, in that I'm not the kind of person to walk up to someone and start a conversation. Most of my friends became so from sheer coincidence because I am intimidated by social interactions. It's hard for me to tell what's sarcasm and what's sincerity, when it's a joke and when it's serious, unless it was really obvious. This is why I have a hard time in relationships, because most of the time, I can't tell when I'm being flirted with. It's confusing and exhausting, and for the most part, I've given up on trying except for the rare occasions where I do something social by accident. This doesn't mean I'm a complete shut in even with friends. On the contrary, you get me in a room with people I know and like, and we'll have great fun.

As an Aspy, I tend to over-focus on topics to the point that I know as much as can be called Obsessive. I know there are twenty four masks in Majora's Mask, their properties, and how to get them. I know each and every weapon in the God of War, Halo, and Dead Space franchises, their looks, their capabilities, where to get them, etc. I know a lot about random things. It's just how I am, I like to quote movies and jokes and get upset when others quote them incorrectly. I'm really anal about that, and about other things. I don't like Red Tape, which is all the rigmarole surrounding everything we do now as a society. It's not simple, and it confuses and intimidates me when it's not simple. I'm terrified of the world because there's so much wrong with it that it takes me a while to find what's right. I don't like change, or sudden change specifically, which is why I have a hard time planning for things and why I like to leave early for events, because something may happen that is out of my control and thus my schedule is thrown off. I think logically, with numbers and such, and planning is extremely difficult and stressful because there are so many variables to consider in so many degrees.

Enough rambling, on to the List!
