Also something in my mother tongue, it is about the wind bringing the call and desire to seek out the path to the faeries. I am not happy about the title, it was without one so far, but this seemed the most suitable as I had to add one.

This is a little something that I did in my mother tongue. It speaks about growing up, growing out of your childhood and leaving for the wide world all the same while knowing that home is the one place that is always waiting for you and you can always return to.

Under the lilacs
I was taking a walk and thinking about the opening line of Eliot's "The Waste Land", and these words started to drift to me. It is absolutely nothing like "The Waste Land", no similarity whatsoever beyond the first impulse I got. I was not satisfied until I had completed it and for some reason, I really like it, even if I turn out to be the only one.

Friendship found on Christmas
During Christmas, I was in a loop reading and listening to "A visit from St. Nicholas", which I love, and I really wanted to do something in a similar rhythm pattern, also about Christmas. This is what found its way to the paper.

I was thinking what my next try could be and decided it should be a battle, because I wanted to know if I can pull off a battle scene or not. I will leave it up to you to decide whether I succeeded or failed miserably. In short, it is a story set in fictional medieval town about a simple man who is doing what it takes to keep his family safe when his home town comes under attack.

This is a really short story I made up as an answer to my friend's challenge to write something featuring ten specific words in it. The story is a simple one, about the oldest subject in the book: a boy meets a girl.
