Being someone who one day dreams of being published in my own right with my own work, I feel the need to share this and I hope those who take the time to read will also take the time to post this warning on their own profiles to spread the word.

There is a company known as Raider Publishing International and they are a SCAM! They promise to publish someone's work, for a fee which at first seems reasonable, and to help you get the best results possible however they do NOT follow through. They will take your money and provide you with NOTHING.

I do not want anyone else to fall prey to them. PLEASE copy and paste this at the top of your profiles so everyone can become aware! Thank you!

PROUD TO PROCLAIM I AM A SCADIAN!

Eldomere and Middle Kingdom are generally where I am seen, and always around the thrown weapons range is me. Knives are my specialty, but Marshal-in-Training I hope to someday be! Hehe

If anyone else is a Scadian PM me so we can talk! :D

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. You might just learn something about them and, maybe learn something about yourself.

I don't talk about myself very often, generally because I don't talk very often. I am a complete introvert, and I don't plan on changing that ever.

I have a few interesting hobbies (besides reading and writing) I do weaving from time to time and I swear one day I will actually learn how to do calligraphy. I think I just need to slow down first... My brain goes a thousand miles a minute and my writing reflects that. My handwriting was atrocious until 12th grade when I started practicing it again (still chicken scratch half the time, but at least it is more legible now). I also throw knives and do a little archery every now and again.

I'm also one of the few people on the planet you can not offend. People have tried and I just laugh it off. I don't care much for anyone's opinion because I don't have delusions about myself. Now, if you give me a compliment I will blush like a tomato and tell you to shut up.

I have two sisters, and we created a riddle which will screw with your brain:

"Ria is younger than both her sisters, Eileen and Aideen.

Eileen is 5 months younger than Aideen.

Ria and Aideen are twins.

How is this possible?"

Feel free to PM me if you want to try and guess the answer.

Children Learn What They Live by Dorothy Law Nolte

If children live with criticism, they learn to condemn. If children live with hostility, they learn to fight. If children live with fear, they learn to be apprehensive. If children live with pity, they learn to feel sorry for themselves. If children live with ridicule, they learn to feel shy. If children live with jealousy, they learn to feel envy. If children live with shame, they learn to feel guilty. If children live with encouragement, they learn confidence. If children live with tolerance, they learn patience. If children live with praise, they learn appreciation. If children live with acceptance, they learn to love. If children live with approval, they learn to like themselves. If children live with recognition, they learn it is good to have a goal. If children live with sharing, they learn generosity. If children live with honesty, they learn truthfulness. If children live with fairness, they learn justice. If children live with kindness and consideration, they learn respect. If children live with security, they learn to have faith in themselves and in those about them. If children live with friendliness, they learn the world is a nice place in which to live.

I am that girl, the one who likes books more than boys. The girl that doesn't spend all her time on Facebook, or talking to her friends on a cellphone. The one who pretends not to be sad, just to make others happy. The one who always wonders what she did wrong. The one who writes to escape. I am the girl that hasn't been asked out in a year, or ever. I am the girl that doesn't go to school dances, or games, and when I do go, I sit in a corner and read a book. I am the girl that spends most of her free time reading, writing, or doing other activities that most teenagers wouldn't call normal. I am the girl that people call weird, and a freak either behind my back or to my face. The girl that people look through when I say something.

But I am also the girl who knows who she is and is proud of it, doesn't care if people call her weird (it's a compliment), who loves reading and writing and doing the things that no one seems to have the time to do any more, who loves and is obsessed with nerdy things that only she (and those like her) could like, who can express herself better with writing than talking, and sticks to her values. The one that knows she will make a difference someday, whatever it may cost her. I am that girl, the one who refuses to believe that this is it.

Death is life's way of saying you're fired. Suicide is humans way of saying you can't fire me, I quit.

Remember: Some people are alive only because it's illegal to shoot them.

I'd tell you to go to hell, but I manage that place and I really don't want to see you everyday.

A stranger stabs you in the front; a friend stabs you in the back; an intimate partner stabs you in the heart, but best friends only poke each other with straws.

Sanity calms, but madness is more interesting.

Know what I'm thinking? No? Neither do I; frightening, isn't it?
