Hey there, my name is Noe Huerta.

I am a firm believer that being able to smell a new book is as satisfying as just about anything else. They smell so, well, fresh!

Anyways, I have been a writer for the last sixteen years. I am passionate about the craft, but I go through my own creative phases. Writing is one of those, along with drawing and sometimes painting.

If you can successfully write a horror story, I congratulate you. In my opinion, horror is a difficult genre to do well. if a horror story isn't written effectively, it won't BE a horror story. Therein lies the biggest problem. It's about subtlety, and sometimes about knowing how to write those visceral, gritty details.

Apart from all of those shenanigans, my fiance is a writer on this site, so I'm taking her lead and trying to post some of my own material. Good times! I hope you enjoy what I have to offer.
