A long time ago, in the kingdom of Grammaria, there lived a knight. She wielded the sword of punctuation, carried the shield of spelling, and rode upon the horse of verb tense. This mighty knight, along with hundreds of others like her, defended Grammaria from a multitude of monsters... There were the trolls of comma misuse, the dragons of typos, the demons of abbreviation, the goblins of passive voice, the witches of apostrophe mistakes, and many other horrendous foes. But the knight, with her many companions, was able to hold off these creatures. And for a time, Grammaria remained a peaceful, safe, and grammatically correct kingdom. But as time passed, things began to change. The monsters appeared in larger numbers than ever before, and they became harder to defeat. Towns and villages that had once welcomed the knight now kept monsters in their own homes. As for the knight and her companions, their numbers deceased. They would go into battle and never return, while the monsters would escape unscathed. All too soon, only one knight remained. She was up against terrible odds, but she would not give up. And so she fought, fought to bring Grammaria back to its former glory. |
