![]() Author has written 16 stories for Romance. (._.) -- hi. This is my profile. I like pie. And orange Fanta. And anime. And clichés. Oh, and Eeyore. And Tokyo Ghoul. Tokyo Ghooooooul. I have a strange obsession with the concept of reality vs. imagination. My writing is iffy. My update timing is sucky. (Like... really sucky. Ask any one of my readers, haha) And I make grammar mistakes. A lot. (...asdfghjkl;...) Though I consider my writing to be iffy, I still like it. I don't expect everyone to like it so it makes me happy when people do, even if it's just a few people. So thank you in advance if you do. Please accept my utter appreciation and gratitude toward you. (mails package of appreciation and gratitude to people nationwide and overseas.) There. You have now received it. update: the author has changed name from Precinct No. 38 to lazy chicken teriyaki. why? because yum XD Stories: When Idiosyncrasy Met Mainstream: My inspiration for this one came purely from two sources. 1) My love for anime and 2) My love for unclichéd clichés. It makes sense in my head. When people write a story about two people being forced to be together for some reason or another, it usually follows a script like this: They meet, they detest one another Yesh. I may probably almost kind of follow this script. Except... it won't be this script at all. Because there's too much awkwardness in the list above for me to handle. A Mouse Surrounded by Sakura: There was a prompt on Tumblr that said "write a first sentence that's never been written before. So I stared at my computer mouse, thought about how much I love cherry blossoms in Japan (sakura) and then decided to write words. The end. A Chatroom and a Teddy Bear: There's a lot of online flirting in social media. Everyone has names that aren't their own, whether it's made up or from a TV show, or just asdfjkl put together. I've seen so many posts on my dashboard consisting of people flirting with one another that I just HAD to write something about it. But I wanted my story to be somewhat nicer. In the long run, flirting is flirting. I like romance. And thus, I got my romance. Some Charcoal and a Grill: (deleted: I didn't like how it turned out. Not at all. My writing went from good to meh to downright terrible by the end. I don't want something I'm not proud of on my profile and so it's gone for now. I might bring it back. We'll see what happens...) Cherry Blossoms vs Rattlesnakes: A partner one-shot to A Mouse Surrounded by Sakura. I simply wanted to write Wyatt's perspective. And so I did. Kind of. Glass of Merlot: A partner story to A Chatroom and a Teddy Bear. This time, it's Tax and his wife's love story: how they met, how they got together, etc. It's not very long. Simply fluff material. Soup Cans: There was a prompt on Tumblr which went along the lines of 'write a story about kittens, unlabeled cans of soup, and an unrequited love.' I didn't really follow the guidelines very well. Electron and the Atom: My Creative Writing final. I don't know how I came up with the concept, but it did well when I presented it to the class, so I thought 'Why not? Let's publish it.' A story about a little depressed boy, a charming beauty, and her overly-attached boyfriend. Kind of. The Right Parts: Your average gender-bender story where the girl has some purpose in going to an all-boy's school. This time, she simply wants to stay with her twin brother. Simple, no? But I don't think her predicament will be so simple once she gets there. Lots of unneeded drama, awkward sexual tension, and a hero that people won't expect at first. Eleanor's Americano: The idea/entire plot was given to me by Da Kaleidoscope (who is awesomely awesome!!). I'm having fun writing it so far and I hope everyone likes it too. Introducing Simon: A one-shot I originally wrote my sophomore year of high school for a friend and her boyfriend. It was cute, but I could improve upon it before publishing it. That's exactly what I did. Bad Apple: DEMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONS!!! Seven Too Many Sins: SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINS!!! Forget Cupid! I've Got a Manager from Hell!: Inspired by my own manager when I used to work at Starbucks. She's still there, at the grocery store I still work in. No one likes her XD There was, of course, no romance when I worked there. None of my trainees were cute boys who were worthy of my affections. Denouement: Da Kal. told me to write a dark fantasy one-shot. Not a one-shot, but it definitely won't be a feature length novel or anything, haha. He also accidentally inspired me to make is slash, which is a first for me. I might fail. My inspirations for this piece are Da Kaleidoscope (duh), The Devil is a Part-Timer, and a variety of VOCALOID songs. Stories I Want To Write: I want to write stories about the following things: Food (check) I may possibly combine some of those into one. And yes, I'm being completely serious about the above list. Yes, you are allowed to call me crazy. I encourage it. Again, thank you for reading. Also, please recommend some anime for me to watch if you watch yourself. Preferably romance ones. And ones with really sexy guys. |
