Author has written 16 stories for Fable, Humor, Fantasy, Fantasy, General, Nature, Love, and General.

Who am I? Oh, just a great lover of all things good and better! I'm in the middle of trying to become a screenwriter or novelist, whichever comes first. Also, for those who share similar interests, I'm a band kid (well, geek, really) who plays clarinet, piano, and the Irish penny whistle. I play a mean defender in soccer, and I shoot arrows and swing swords for fun.

What I Write: Novels, short stories, poetry, and FanFic (which can be found on FanFiction under the same penname).

What I'm Currently Reading (I try to update this fairly often): "Hamlet" by William Shakespeare (for the thousandth time)

Spirit Animal? A griffin, a small one the size of a house cat, golden in color and curious in nature. Other choices include a squirrel, fox, wolf, lynx/bobcat, phoenix, or peregrine falcon.

Idols? David Tennant, Catherine Tate, Steven Moffat, Russell T. Davies, Mark Gatiss

Favorite Shakespeare Plays: "Midsummer Night's Dream", "Much Ado About Nothing", "Hamlet", "Romeo and Juliet" (can't go wrong with the classics)

Where else can you find me? On Storywrite as "SilentBryna", and as "luckbringer" on FanFiction, A Teaspoon and an Open Mind, AO3, and Tumblr.

Quotes of a different Nature: (copy and paste into your own profile if you want, but don't forget to mention the author!)

"Enjoy life in every way, and you'll be happy all your days." - me

"The world inside myself is vaster and richer than this paltry plane, peopled with mere galaxies and gods." - Seraphina by Rachel Hartman

"It is easy for a man to be pleasant when life hums along like a song, but the man worthwhile is the man who can smile when everything goes dead wrong." - plaque on the wall of the Disney ride "Tower of Terror" (basement level)

"If a guy like you can stand up and do what you did, then maybe everyone can. Maybe everyone can live beyond what they're capable of." I am the Messenger by Markus Zusak

"Lord, what fools these mortals be!" - "Midsummer Night's Dream" by William Shakespeare (3.2.117)

"To hell with sense! We're all crazy. What do we want with sense?" - "Long Day's Journey Into Night" by Eugene O'Niell (Act IV)

"This is my's not fun, it's not smart, it's just standing up and making a decision because nobody else will." - 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston)

"It was a better life. And I don't mean all the travelling and seeing aliens and spaceships and things. That don't matter. The Doctor showed me a better way of living your life. You know he showed you too. That you don't just give up. You don't just let things happen. You make a stand. You say no. You have the guts to do what's right when everyone else just runs away, and I just can't..." - Rose Tyler (Billie Piper)

"And if you remember me, then you can do one thing. That's all. One thing. Have a good life. Do that for me, Rose. Have a fantastic life." - 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston

"Think you've seen it all? Think again. Outside those doors, we might see anything We could find new worlds, terrifying monsters, impossible things. And if you come with me...nothing will ever be the same again!" - 10th Doctor (David Tennant)

"If I believe in anything...I believe in her!" - 10th Doctor (David Tennant)

"900 years of time and space and I've never met anyone who wasn't important." - 11th Doctor (Matt Smith)

"Dear God. What is it like in your funny little brains? It must be so boring." - Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch)

"Anybody remotely interesting is mad in some way." - 5th Doctor (Sylvester McCoy)

"A good book is a wonderful journey." - (unknown)

"You obviously don't comprehend the level of insane I operate at." - 4th Doctor (Tom Baker)

"The great thing about fantasy is that you can drag dreams and longings and hopes and fears and strivings out of your subconscious and call the 'magic' or 'dragons' or 'faeries' and get to know them better." - Robin McKinley

"Youth is not entirely a time of life; it is a state of mind. Nobody grows old by living a number of years. People grow old by deserting their ideals. You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope, as old as your despair." - Douglas MacArthur

"A woman is like a tea bag; you never know how strong it is until it's in hot water." - Eleanor Roosevelt

"The person, be it gentleman or lady, who has not pleasure in a good novel, must be intolerably stupid." - Jane Austen

"Do not feel lucky because good things happen to you. Feel lucky that the bad things that happen to you could have been worse." - me

"When you're a kid, they tell you it's all...grow up, get a job, get married, get a house, have a kid, and that's it. But the truth is, the world is so much stranger than that. It's so much darker. And so much madder. And so much better." - Elton Pope (from "Doctor Who") (hate the episode, but love the quote)

"If you don't imagine, nothing ever happens at all" - John Green, Paper Towns

*Hope these quotes leave you with something good to think about!*

The Postcard Project by GraySkiesBrightEyes reviews
Suburban teenager Laura Greenwood is not exactly the partying type, not at all. She's more the "stay at home and study for tests" type. Or the "reorganize the closet" type. But even so, a New Year's kiss can lead to a lot more, if you mix in a lot of sparkly red lip gloss, some coercion (just a little bit...), and a mysterious postcard that changes everything.
