Author has written 3 stories for Fantasy. Hello! This is JEF2K7 aka cpBunnyart on eBay and here is where I will post free samples of my novels Change a Changeling! Join on the journeys of my many original characters of CAC in their life quests. The main story is actually the 3rd installment of the trilogy as the first two are history/background stories. The main story is in 2 parts so far (might be broken up to more parts as it's big). There will be books past the trilogy, just have to write them down. I hope you like my characters and their stories. I hope to make this series into more than just books in the future. The Main Story is Surreptitious Beauty - This story is about the high school seniors, Ann Silvermen and Alayer Fay. Ann is very smitten with all things magical, from unicorns to fairies, especially vampires. When Alayer starts going to Ann's high school, she realizes he's not like the other teenagers there. His ethereal, beautiful appearance attracts her to him something fierce, but the troubled look in his eyes makes her yearn to help him in any way that she can. Despite his initial unfriendliness, Ann continues to offer her aid and friendship to him. She wishes for a lot more to develop within their relationship, but some pain from Alayer's past holds him back. He fears not much, except death and getting his heart broken...again. Ann does her best to show him that she truly does care for him even though they haven't known each other that long. She wants to help him find the cure for mortality and also solve the mystery about Alayer. Is he of the Fay or not? Is he truly one of the fabled Fay vampires she learned of from a Gothic group of teens she had befriended years before? And will she be able to break through the ice between her and Alayer and win him over? Later, they meet a mysterious, famous singer, who is also a librarian and super model named Janus Maven. He discovers Alayer's secret while Alayer discovers Janus' many, dark secrets. They form an unlikely, rocky friendship and try to remain sane against Alayer's enemies, the Neverborns. It's a difficult task when the local high school Alayer and Ann attend is led by Neverborns already, who are bent on stopping Alayer from finding the cure to mortality. Will Alayer find the cure before the Neverborns destroy him and his friends? What secrets do they hide? The 1st Background Story is Forbidden Eclipse - This story is about Alastar, prince of the Bloodless Fangs Fay vampire clan, finding a way to permanently end the misconceptions about his kind and stopping the prejudices that have claimed too many lives of his people. His clan is to never mingle with the Light Fay clan, his people's enemies. But the prince falls in love with a fiery Sun Maiden named Rosa, who is part of the Light Fay clan. She also falls in love with this beautiful, icy Fay vampire and together they create the Forbidden Eclipse, which an ancient foretelling warns will be the Light Fay clan's end. The leader of the Light Fay clan, General Blake Flamesear, is determined to stop the Forbidden Eclipse from ever happening, making life so impossible for Rosa and Alastar that they must flee from the Fay realm to the human world. Will they succeed and what will become of the Forbidden Eclipse? The 2nd Background Story is Sovereign's Sorrows - This story is about Alastar's son, Sovereign, the first of the Eclipse Fay clan. He loses his father to the Light Fay soldiers who come to take Alastar away to be punished for creating the Forbidden Eclipse, which is the Eclipse clan. Sovereign is powerless to stop them for he is only a boy and lives on the run from town to town with his mother Rosa, ostracized for being part vampire. A common vampire named Jael, a master of disguises, attempts to befriend them and become Rosa's new husband and Sovereign's stepfather, but Rosa has a vision that her husband Alastar is still alive. She rejects Jael and he turns the town against them, saying that Sovereign is the vampire responsible for the crimes Jael committed. Both mother and son must do all they can to survive the villagers' onslaught and reveal the truth about Jael. Will they succeed and survive the madness of hatred upon them? Will Rosa and Sovereign ever see Alastar again? The LOST BOOK ORIGINS - A background story, yet the real beginning of the main story. * Alert! Skip the Lost Book "Origins" section if you don't like spoilers! Read "Surreptitious Beauty" first, then "Origins". This story is about Alayer's origins, where he came from and who he is, and the beginning of his quest to find the cure for mortality. But first, he must overcome many obstacles, from the deadly chimeras and other beasts roaming the Fay realm to his real enemies, the Neverborns. They will stop at nothing to keep the cure of mortality a secret and do everything they can to make the cure seem like a myth when it is not. This story also features Alayer's half-brother Orion and their father Sovereign. A young unicorn filly named Nabi is in dire trouble when tromes (half-gnome/troll creatures) catch her for their supper. Alayer hears her cries for help and desperately tries to save her, but lacks the strength to. Yet, he still attempts to protect her, no matter what. A rabbit Elemental warrior named Leporidae comes to their aid and makes quick work of the tromes. They had eaten her husband a year before and so Leporidae is not fond of them. After helping save his life, Leporidae takes Alayer and Nabi to her secret burrow. She tries to heal him the best that she can, but it's not enough. Nabi fully heals Alayer and they become fast forever friends. Later, Leporidae gives Alayer the clue he needs to start his quest, though it hardly helps him. The cure is written in a book, but which one? Alayer nearly meets his end once more when he confronts the Neverborn named Ronge, who is about to harm one of his latest victims. Ronge punishes Alayer for interfering, but the youth is saved by the White Fire offering a fraction of its power to Alayer, overpowering Ronge utterly. But the small piece of power is too much for Alayer to handle as well. Will he survive this ordeal? If you like my stories, please let me know. Many have promised to look/read my work, but usually forget and never tell me anything either way. I hope you enjoy my stories and will buy the published versions of them in the future. Thank you! |
