Three and a half years without posting pieces. I had no time, sorry, but let's focus on the present. This song is a bit odd because the character speaking is a feeling. Lyrics a bit more convoluted than usual 'cause straightforwardness can be boring. XD You might also notice the trick of gluing chorus and verse together with a common word.

Your favorite (hahaha, NO) author got tired of cynicism and decided to be nice for once. This is how you do posthumous homage to someone amazingly amazing. I repeated that word notably and used it as the title in order to artificially relate it to the essence to the poem, a trick to make the piece less predictable, which I should do more often.

Back to the void
A simple piece with a magical — and even RPG-y (but not necessarily medieval) — vibe. Despite the repeated stanza looking like a chorus, this is not a song. It was going to be one, and I figured I'd leave the repetitions, after all, in case you haven't noticed, the other stanzas develop from that main one.

That howling tune reviews
(There's a second, parenthetic title: "Nothing at all".) It's best to not explain what this one is about. Let's just say Little Red Hood got SERIOUS. I love the concept of addressing touchy subjects in an euphemized non-touchy way.

Life in the zoo
The poem of the hour is about how frustrating the life of a caged animal is. Like "Prazer em fugir", it's an animal piece. In this one I tried to be less straightforward.

I haven't written so bitterly about mankind since "Pessimistic view". This is its less philosophical and more political sibling.

Can't stop
I took the initiative of doing something short and melody-less. This one's about a person whose brain never turns off, and who has no hopes of changing anytime soon. By the way, I know the first stanza is ambiguous. I decided to keep it like that.

Ink cult reviews
First prose in English! Amazingly short, by the way. A story about a scientist willing to do anything for world peace, no matter how ridiculous it seems. Also about the rush to solve big delicate problems without solving the easier smaller ones first.

A Wikipedia menciona raposas e urubus. Linguagem formal demais?

I’ve been arrested before
The main character is a thief. Kinda kind-hearted and gentle, he somehow manages, perhaps accidentally, to be lovely. The fact is he just wanna have fun, and get rich as fast as possible, without hurting anyone. Oh, and fame is good too.

Cidade viva reviews

Simetria, senhores, simetria.

My first FP text is a pessimistic view, of course, on the human being, exposed in a rather cruel and insensitive way.
